She is a realtor that focuses on pleasing her client and watching out for their best interests. On our first home sale, we had a lot of unusual issues. Throughout the process, Annemarie kept us updated on every aspect and taught us the legalities of selling and purchasing a home. She was very professional in her service but yet you felt you were part of her family. On both of our home sales, we received our full price asking. The most recent one was in February 2008 when the market was poor, the weather not on our side, and in the time of year where homes do not normally sell quickly. During our building process, Annemarie shared her knowledge and personal experience to help us build a home that met the needs of our family. From walking through wooded lots to our final walk-through , Annemarie helped to ensure that we were getting a quality built home for the right price. She was able to negotiate with the builder and staff on our behalf.
